ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Stevie Heyes and I a full NZPGA member. My journey in golf has been enriched by the mentorship of some of New Zealand's finest coaches. Having been personally coached by legends such as Grant Moorhead, Rodney Yee, and Marcus Wheelhouse during my time as a touring professional from 2014 to 2018, I've garnered invaluable insights and techniques that I now impart to my students.

In addition to coaching, my personal achievements on the course over the last four years whilst completing my NZPGA Traineeship show my dedication and commitment to excellence. In 2022, I secured a commendable 7th place at the Carrus Tauranga Open, followed by an 8th place at the Augusta Funds Taranaki Open, earning recognition as a Titleist Trainee Order of Merit Winner 2022. The following year, I continued to make my mark, clinching 3rd place at the Brian Perry NZ Super 6s, 15th Place at the Carrus Tauranga Open, 4th Place at the August Funds Taranaki Open & 1st place at the Titleist NZPGA Trainee Championships. These finishes once again solidified my position as the NZPGA Titleist Trainee Order of Merit Winner 2023.

In 2024 thus far I had a respectable 20th place at the NZPGA Championship, a 3rd place at the Cello NZPGA Club Pro Championship and 6th Place in the TSB Taranaki Open.
